We aim to ensure all electronic devices are fully protected during transportation and delivered to customers in intact, undamaged and normal working condition. The following shipping policy applies to all orders placed on our Hong Kong store.
1. Order Processing Time
All confirmed 3C electronic product orders will undergo strict product inspection, accessory verification and anti-collision packaging procedures within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Weekends, Hong Kong public holidays and statutory holidays are not included in the official processing period and will cause corresponding delays in shipment.
During peak shopping periods, promotional activities or inventory restocking cycles, order processing workload will increase, which may moderately prolong the processing cycle. We will promptly issue email notifications to customers once there are obvious delays in order processing, and update the latest shipment progress in real time.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
All shipping fees for 3C electronic orders are calculated based on product volume, weight, transportation distance and logistics service standards. The final accurate shipping cost will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before order payment, with no hidden charges.
The standard shipping cycle for all our consumer electronic products is approximately 15 business days. All delivery times are for reference only and cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Actual delivery progress may be affected by logistics carrier scheduling, cross-border customs inspection, extreme weather, regional traffic control and other objective and uncontrollable factors.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After your 3C product order is packaged and dispatched from our overseas warehouse, our official system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your reserved mailbox. The email contains your exclusive order tracking number, logistics carrier information and official tracking query channel.
It should be noted that the logistics tracking system requires a certain synchronization cycle. Normally, formal tracking logistics records will be updated and available for inquiry within 24 to 48 hours after the package is picked up and scanned by the logistics provider.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers must fill in detailed, accurate and valid recipient addresses, zip codes and active contact phone numbers when placing orders. Please carefully check all recipient information before completing payment to avoid logistics delivery exceptions.
HUIJOY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED shall not be responsible for package misdelivery, delivery failure or return caused by wrong, missing or invalid recipient information provided by customers. If the package is returned due to address errors, customers shall bear all the generated secondary logistics and reshipping fees.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
3C electronic products are precision and high-value goods. If your package is not delivered beyond the estimated delivery time and is confirmed lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 3 calendar days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics company to conduct a full investigation of the package trajectory and provide targeted solutions.
If you receive products with damaged packaging, cracked screens, deformed bodies, missing accessories or functional failures caused by transportation extrusion and collision, please take clear photos and videos of the outer package, product appearance and defective parts within 24 hours after receiving the goods and contact us. We will verify the damage situation efficiently and properly handle after-sales solutions for you.
6. Electronic Product Care and Usage Notice
All 3C consumer electronic products are equipped with official professional user manuals and daily maintenance guidelines. Customers shall use, install, charge and store the products in strict accordance with the product specifications. Precision electronic devices are susceptible to damage from improper operation.
HUIJOY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED does not undertake any liability for product failure, hardware damage, shortened service life or performance abnormality caused by unauthorized disassembly, private modification, overcharging, water ingress, artificial collision, improper storage and other human misuse.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
As a Hong Kong cross-border e-commerce store, our orders involve global cross-border transportation. Destination countries or regions may levy import tariffs, customs clearance fees, value-added taxes and other related fees in accordance with local trade policies and regulatory requirements.
All customs-related expenses incurred during cross-border transportation are borne by the customer independently. The product price and shipping fee charged by our store do not include any customs and import charges. We will actively provide complete product declaration materials to assist customs clearance, but we are not responsible for order detention, delay or return caused by local customs policy changes and customer’s failure to pay relevant fees on time.
